Headstart - self mastery on the field.

your Performance Mindset

How we respond to life - mastering our responses to our daily challenges and circumstances -  is at the heart of sustaining the right headspace for performance. No matter what your arena - talent and potential can be undermined by a poor mental game. Our Program Headstart is designed to build your preparation, practice and response routines to defend you from the many challenges impacting performance and the corrosive impact of self-doubt, stress and anxiety. It delivers an understanding of how we respond to threat and practical tools to protect your state of mind. Headstart focuses on Self-Mastery, Relationship Mastery and Context or “On-Field” Mastery. The program gives you and your team a literal “headstart” - equipping individuals with the tools for the self-awareness, composure and optimism that underpins both sustainable high performance and high functioning relationships within your team. The outcome – more positively geared people who populate a positive workplace culture that continually regenerates itself.

Personal Mastery

Awareness of our own state often goes by the wayside in lives that are flat chat. We ignore residual stressors to our well-being, they pile up - and then we find ourselves saying or doing things without intention. Our focus is initially on how we are experience our current state  - and then on managing self state through practical skills, strategies  and experiences.

context mastery

Once on the field we will be tested. How do great performers remain constant under real-time pressure and thrive in high impact situations? Our focus is on practical responsiveness to context, resilience when required and strategies for composure, optimism and decisiveness.
