Paul is a highly accomplished facilitator, coach and speaker with over 20 years experience in developing people. He is an associate of Cranfield University UK, one of the top 10 business schools worldwide for customised executive development. Paul  led the delivery of an international leadership program that won a global Gold Medal award for excellence in the EFMD Excellence in Practice Awards 2016.

His background includes a career in Sales, Marketing and Management and was a founding Director of a successful Sydney recruitment company. Paul was also trained at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst – one of the world’s foremost leadership institutions and had an early career as a British Army officer.

Paul’s delivery style is dynamic and grounded in experiential learning. He has a strength and passion for turning theory into practical day-to-day actions that improve performance. He as worked with a wide variety of market sectors, cultures and levels within organisations.

He has also led or co-facilitated over 60 week long immersive leadership or personal development programs using applied positive psychology, mindfulness, community action projects and outdoor experiences. 

His mix of corporate experience, facilitation skills and leadership training means that Paul can flex and adapt to the needs of any group and deliver consistent outstanding outcomes.

Paul is passionate about supporting Women in leadership and last year was a key note speaker for WINDO (Women Initiating New Directions Organization). The event was the finale of a festival celebrating International Women’s Week. He spoke to 400 women about his personal journey as a man and the work he has done with Men’s Wellbeing, a non-for-profit that is dedicated to improving the impact that men have on their families, communities and workplaces.

Programs include: Transformational leadership, people management, cultural change, team development, sales performance, effective work habits and employee engagement.
